DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are an absolute nightmare!! I was incorrectly advised on a product, bought �899.20 worth of flooring which was not fit for the purpose as discussed. I was given no assistance in returning the product, I had to pay �250 to get it sent back. It then took over a week and numerous emails to get my refund actioned (money still not received in my account) Once actioned I had a further �74.20 removed from my refund due to their delivery costs!! Which were not charged in the first instance??? I will be reporting them to Trading Standards!!!

Shipping was very fast. Tiles were surprisingly light and easy to trim with a craft knife. Each tile comes with two straight edges which was unexpected and very useful. I was sceptical if they were oil resistant for a garage floor and tested a sample with old sump oil - it simply floated on the top and was able to wipe off. They transformed and old concrete garage floor. However, after I parked a small car on the tiles I was disappointed to find the tiles had crushed beneath the spots where it was parked, leaving dents that didn�t recover. I did try to contact the company using both their Contact Us form and email address, to see if this is normal, but haven�t received a reply in last few weeks.
